The Devil's Smile
And the devil descent right next to him. Those cold shoulders ; those blood shot eyes after crying alone for hours ; those hidden scars after fighting the battle for years .. . He was just about to quit .
The devil asked "why take so much pain ; why take so much effort for ppl who will give up on you anyway?"
"I am not doing it for them. I am doing it just coz I feel happy" he said .
"Then why those tears ; why those muffled cries; why those scars? " the devil smiled .
"Those tears are for people who suffer ; a prayer for them . Those cries were telling my heart that I won't give up yet and those scars were the gift to me by them" he said .
"But they forgot you. They left you all alone" the devil said .
"When they came to me they didn't know how to love themselves . Now they know their worth ; they know how much they mean to me ; how deep they can be loved by someone. I am just a memory never a part " he said.
" Just once try being a devil"the devil offered it's long hands .
He looked right into the devil's eye and gave his crooked smile.
Everything went dark .
