Book Review - Just Married Please Excuse by Yashodhara Lal

I was told that this book is a great deal about love , marriage, understanding life and my friend from "Goodreads" promised me that I would love this book, which I didn't. First things first.

Protagonists : Yashodhara Lal & Vijay
Plot : Office Romance-Family-Acceptance-Wedding-Life-Child Birth-Life.
Positives : 1.Not a page turner .
2.Not that Chethan Bhagath  or  Ravinder singh of "Love of my life" type.
                  3. Brutally honest
                  4. No sex scenes ( should I list it in merit or demerit?)
                  5.Dealing with Actual life scenarios

Let Downs : 1. Really dragging boring and its like reading her personal dairy
                     2. There nothing called actual story or plot
                     3. The jokes don't work out well
                     4. Too much of detailing
MAJOR DRAWBACK : WAY TOO MUCH HINDI IN AN ENGLISH NOVEL.
This book might indulge just married or just became parents people, probably as a guide. They say this helps understand woman a lot better. I believe you cant read a book and understand women. You can never understand them. Never. Stop trying.

A good gift you can give the just married couple. If at all they have the time to read books.
Beware .
With Love,
Arvi
